2. Generate a quote
Happy with your sofa? Leave your personal information and create a detailed quote in a matter of seconds. The quote is emailed to you and includes every design choice, the price of the soda and a unique code linked to the configuration.
This speeds the process along for both your customer, and your business. The customer is avoiding waiting around to get a quote. And you’re saving time that can be spent on complex projects now.
3. Finish up the purchase
The customer is faced with a choice. Order the sofa online, just like any other online shopping experience. Providing your team with a full payment before you’ve even started manufacturing the product.
Or offer some more assistance. The customer can take their unique code in-store and receive some advice from your salesteam. If changes have to be made to the configuration, this is still an option with the unique code at their disposal.
4. Connect with production
The configuator is fully integrates with production software, ERP and CRM systems and CAD. When an order is confirmed, the configurator automatically generates production files and imports them in production software.
